This special tool is used for installing and removing Circlips. Almost any automotive parts store that supplies professional mechanics will have this tool. They usually come in pairs, one for inside circlips and one (shown) for outside circlips. The two sections of Theraband Green Tube will be used to secure the loops in the bands.
